Bet. Klein v Montreux. St. [illegible] reddish. St. trailing with many lateral, more or less erect branches (6-7 in) which are sten reddish...Lots at base of these branches crowded v small. The upper look'd tant v larger (40 1/2 in long) not as ovate as ill (Bon) but rather elliptic v narrowed to base, ciliate below but not towards tips. St. & peduncles very hairy. Calyx glandular-hairy, nerves obscure. Petals with 2 erect linear prongs (1/3+ mm long) at throat. Stamens curl in spiral on withering 4-30-31 Euphorbia Cyparissias L. Cate III 242, Bon 281, & 549, BMJ C.P. 453. Flurry young fr. Klein. Base fast covered with short, lanceolate, crowded scales...& on St. sometimes to 5 mm wide. 4-30-31 ? Lathyrus latifolius L. Cate I 402, Bon 86, & 527, BMJ C.P. 393 Tofta fr. Bet. Klein v Montreux. St. petiole 1 cm wide and wings. Stipules 1 in.
