H. v. H. hule foliacea (agreeing in this with Hand B.M. & C.P. but not int'l Costa). Calyx lobes entire (B.M. & C.P.)
4-28-31 Oxalis Acetosella L. Cost.I 366, Bon 62. BV#98, A 533. B.M. & C.P. 437 Fl. Glen in fl. bdt Val Mont but fairly wild. Note: petals very slightly emarginate veins faint (See B.M. & C.P. which suggests that American plant differs in this respect as is O. montana Ref.) Petals with lunbon each edge just above base valve that a yellow spot. Some parts of plant pubescent with hairs often appressed v sometimes rusty. Calyx ciliate.
4-28-31 Malva AQUIFOLIUM Nutt. B.M. & C.P. 288. Fl. Val-Mont. Cult. Sepals 9, Petals 6 wth 2 glands near base. Sta.-mens 6, rep. petals. Filament wth apreading linear tooth (1/2mm long) on each side at top. Infl of several short (1-2in) racemes each from axil & brd scale. Each pedicel subtended by small concave bract. Genera leafy of infl like a sessile umbel.
