6-12-31 hollow sides linear (same width throughout) but narrowing to acute apex. St. malax, 1 3/4 in. high. Involved bracts; the larger is 35x7 mm the upper 1/3 involute & acuminate; the smaller 20x4 mm. Fls 3, seemingly in umbel, with 2 narrow linear white margin- ed bracts (less than 10mm) arising from same point as pedicels. Pedicels 15-30mm long with a few scattered hairs. Perianth glabrous, 15 mm long. 6-12-31 Ranunculus alpinus L. Cote II 201, Box 273 Fl. Jaman. Ident largely by the broad obtuse, deeply Cordate lvs. 6-12-31 Linum alpinum L. Cote I 231, Box 54. (Quarry is this L. perenne L. BM 90. P 440, AVH 87?) Fls Filler or Dents de Jaman or on rd to Colde Jaman, many erect at from woody base. St. slender, lfy., to 9 in high. Sepals all with thin white edges, glabrous & not ciliate. The 2 outer sep- als maybe somewhat narrower & more pointed than inner ones but none are strictly obtuse. Fls light blue, 15mm diam. Claw yellowish & slightly pubescent inside. Style abruptly flattened at top with a small
