"slightly larger for 1/2 below leaf" Fl. Glion. St. simple, 18 in slender stiff ridged and blue or gray-green with pretty pubescence. Root very hard (woody) not collected. St. leaves lanceolate, sessile about 5 x 1 cm, uppermost entire, lower ones with 1-3 teeth below middle. Involucel 12 x 12 mm rayed at top. The uppermost do not reach to its top. Appendices scarious, a rich brown (darker at base lighter inwards edges, very concave, shortly lacerate. Corolla a pale rose-lilac, the radial ones 3.5 mm long, the disk ones darkened at tips to match stamens & style & stigmata. But since this name not in SVK packages plant is C. jacea L. Cote F 390 Bon 180, BVH 265-4860 (See 6-26-31) [5-25-34 acc to SVH] this can maybe be C. jacea L. 6-8-31 Potentilla reptans L. Cote III 21, Bon 98, BVH 142, & 484 Fl.
