Lvs w/ silky appressed hairs on veins beneath but hardly "velvety" (Cote). Receptacle def hairy. 5-29-31 Globularia cordifolia L. Cote III 167, Bon 264. withered in fl last season. Rocker de Naye Summit Calyx very like a labiate w/ 3 teeth abov, 2 teeth below; densely bearded in throat and on 4 angles of tube outside. 5-29-31 Plantago montana Lamk Cote III 148, Bon 360 Fl. Rocker de Naye Summit. Bracts dark w/ green mid rib which projects uneq into a stubby point. Long hairs between bract & calyx at base. Cfl w/ P. lanceolata L. which it resembles in coloring of infl.
