7-17-30 provided with downward pointing spicules on st. v spikes with some on midlels and otherwise almost glabrous except bracts (lfto) Flowering shoots 4-6 in usually after this plan: from near base in axil of well 3-folate lf, a fl or bracted pedicel about 1 in long, thence at intervals 3 ½-1 in another bracted (and- sometimes once branched) pedicel in axil of larger 3-foliates (lfto); then pedicels not bracted in axils of 1-foliate lf (rhts), thence final ½-⅓ length of almost pedicels close together in axils of bracts making about 16-20 flowers all. Fls 3.5-3cm wide petals florates 14x6-7mm. Calyx lobes oblong pedapae acuminate. 378 7-17-30 ? Habenaria poeycodes Sw (See 7-12-30) P.P. just no. of Black Duck. 2bin high. Raceme 7½ in high 4+cm wide very densely fld as of most plants around T. & P. Cabin.
