Like A.virginiana in mtd. br petaled v all but one peduncle with mid 1/2 petiled lvs. Sepals then 2 cm long, 3 brood, others mid & small acute point at very much to center giving twisted appearance. The other 2 sepals narrower l acuta. 331 7-4-30 ? Carex poligama Schkuhr # 389 = C. Buxbaumii Wall BvBI 419 Acolus esp. BvB. The short or no-Holed sheaths at base (see if BvB) more or less filamentose. Cant see if perigynia is "granular" (not dentate as as will BvB) Scales conspicuously purple brown with broodish green mid-rib. Some where near F.B.B camp on southward.
