♀ flo. Left bank Robinson's Dle meadow west of R.R. bridge, south side of small logan (about mil. maybe? barns.) Sparingly shrub 5-7 ft high.
Aments (?) lateral on short ?½ in peduncles which looks as tho might develop into long stalks (flowers very young) as they now bear 4-5 small lo and lob leo, found elsewhere
These leo (½ in long) ob lanceolate - oblong, acute (not at all acuminate) at apex, narrowed at base slightly tomentose or mid-rib above with white silky hairy beneath but also signs of becoming glabrous. Seems to be entire. Petals (?) pubescent below anent. Leaves broadly linear pale green with just slightest show of yellow brownish at very tips, hairy with bright hairs, glabrous (?) pubescent, pedicels (?) pubescent or thickish at least twice as long as green gland. Stigmas almost a quite sessile, not stalked, all stamens brown & distinctly gray pubescent much like B ? 6-4-30. × Perhaps buds toward tips contain only leo.
