Road east of Highlands Camp.] vs only slightly lobed Main st. had been destroyed so that specimen consisted of a lower branch which may account for ivs of dif. shape than in species. 7-20-29 Geum rivale L. G 486, BoBII 373 Fl. ft. Portau Post. Above west of Quarry [also 7-21 later around Force- le-Plain Cabin]. St. above v peduncles purplish. Pedicels, outside of calyx lower part & style gland-pubescent. 7-20-29 Sanicula marylandica L. G610, BoBII 623 Fl. Near above. 7-20-29 Pyrola secunda L. G 628, BoBII 671 Fl. v remains of last yrs. ft. Portau Post. Down vacant lots across from store at Lime Quarry. Racemes ascund. Petals finely denticu- late. 7-20-29 Corallorhiza trifida Chatelain G 317 = C. Coral- corrhiza Karst. BoBII 574. Fl. very badly withered. Part of part in wet scrubby meadow below store at Lime Quarry, in shade.
