G35: Bistorta vivipara S.F.Gray Bo BI671 FR.Portau Port.Cliffs well bay east of limerduary. 2 fls, at end of raceme (sepals green at base, white above); all the rest of the raceme bears bulblets (green as yet) 7-20-29 ? Phegopteris Dryopteris Fee G35: Dryopteris - Button Bo BI 233 pres. Portau Port, east of limerduary with Vaccinium Vitis. Idea var minus (limestone under the soil) Blades erect. Pinnae starred & withered looking, with segments curled back, perhaps because growing in sun - not at all flat or fresh looking like those growing in shade. But forb not P. Robertiana since no glands discernable. Fronds as pressed did not withered since collecting 7-20-29 Phegopteris polypodioides Fee G35: Dryopteris Phegopteris C.Cls. Bo BI 233 pres. Portau Port, lime Duality, prob on east side. 7in x 7 in. Many s hairs on margins & midrib pinnately branched or ( since, esp on midrib, the central portion is broad) these may be considered as scales with hairy edge (W.B. If scales note that they are white & translucent like hairs, not like the brown chaffy scales whose margins are not hairy), their acuminate tips often turning brown.
