No distinct rosette of basal lvs as in all D. stylaris. Some of basal lvs entire but the numerous stem lvs with 2-3 sharp teeth on each side. Remains of last yrs fruiting stem show pods probably twisted. D. incana L. G, Bu BII/150 #26 7-3-29 Primula mistassinica Michx. G 644, Bu BII 708 Fl. Large plants had scape 5 in. fls 8, largest of with follicle 3 cm long. 7-3-29 Plantago decipiens Barnoud G 745, BuB = P. maritima L. Bu BII 24-7. Bud. So mouth Barc- chois Bk, sandy bluff facing sea. Tufts of whitish hairs among the bases of the lvs. Broadest ly 7 mm. Some lvs toothed. Corolla shows no pub. esence at this stage [7-6-29 Fl Bluffs Pt banks at mouth of Barcelois Bk. Corolla pubescent out- side
