Acer Young lvs. No fls. Twigs red or reddish, smooth be- low but pubescent toward tips (looking as tho it had a bloom). Lvs. tip. suggests A. spicatum Lam. BvB II 497 in shape except for 2 more small lateral lobes at base v lobes long acuminate. Pedicle v underside lvs soft white pubescent. (like 6-20-26 Passaconaway note). lf-bulvaecola pubescent.
