Higlandas Blk at pool above bridge. Lilacill (BvB) in all parts. Ls about 11-13 nerved (more more than 15 nerved) but 1-4 cm long. Peduncles as thick as stem, 2 mm widest measurement, vas spongy as stem. Fr. (incr remains) style fully "3, 2mm", poss. more. Style not "slender". No signs of "sides flat v deeply pitted". Sometimes princi- pal nerves seem 3. Sometimes rooting # 78 New to Nfld 8-23-29 Potamogeton Fl. w/ile above (in same handful). Lvs almost same texture throughout. Upper finer; lower sessile, oblong-lanceolate, 7-nerved. Three on st. 2 1/4 x 1/2 in (on branches smaller). The topmost lvs (whose axils bear the peduncles) oblan-ce- plate. 1 x 3/8 in, obtuse, narrowed at base to slender petiole 3/8 in long. Stipules free, 1/2 in long, conspicuous in lvs of branches. Peduncles 10 1 3/4 in, enlarged upward, conspicuously roughened downward hooked projections (tubercles) upper part of st. similarly
