{ ? psycodes Sw 7-27-29 Habenaria } ? fimbriata P.Br Fl. Hayfield at mouth of Trout Bk A. 16 in high, Raceme 3 1/2 cm there. Lip 15 mm wide. Fringe cut to varying depths but on lateral lobes is sometimes cut half the length of lobe. Color not deep. Sinus bet. lobes not conspicuous, no wider than cuts in fringe B. 16 in high. Raceme 3 1/2 cm there. Lip 12 mm wide. Divisions narrower with sinus under them in A. & fringe noticeably less deeply cut, hardly if ever more than 1/3 length of lobe. Color rather deeper than A. has seen perhaps narrower than A. C. 13 3/4 in high. Raceme 3 cm there. Lip 12 mm v like B. But shade of fl more nearly like A. Small pollinia green B vs C prob are H. psycodes Sw G 311 = Blephariglottis Rydlt. BvBI559. A. may be H. fimbriata P.Br G 311 = B grandiflora Rydlt BvBI558. (A looks dif than B & C and evidently fl'd a bit earlier.) (See 7-31-29) [7-31-29 Fl. one of many at Fl. & P. Cabie. 20 1/2 in high.. Raceme 3 1/2 cm there. Lip 15 mm wide. Not fringed more than 1/2. Sinus very wide. Blade about as A. No doubt same species as B & C.
