Biv. Bas 480 Cote III 515 which are since ? seals as
allaceto other lower one has finely denticulate fruit
below it (Cotl). But consider also C. paniculata, Cote.
III 515; BVH 517, Bon 337, & 287 to which this would be assign-
ed if listed in Bas n. K. on strength of only ? spikes of
lowest bract (ie attending lowest ? spikes) with long
stalks. i.e green not glaucous.

Note: Authors consist of the 2 pollens sacs side by side
curved in half moon over top of filament, presenting 4
ridges as wheel down from above.

plant common around Palma in that here flo are
only 1/2-1 in long forming a compact little rosette, from
which issue the stems 2-3 in long, the other flower
flowers flowers to base. But not E. vesicaria since
calyx is much longer than pedicle & falls as flower
fades.
