a pair of tiny lateral lefts which looks like stipules, the upper one -left. Lefts bracts with speckling hairs above. Fl 1/3 mm or so, corolla deeep, bright red; the calyx red on its upper third. Oldest fr now 3 X 11-mm or stalla 2 mm. This De Wille II 39 finds from var. balsaica. Standard aurelia is var. balsaica 693 6-3-32 Scutellaria balearica Barc Ku II 328, Bar 370 Early fl. Puig Bros-Vega gorge. frequent in bed, Torrente x found elsewhere. Only fls where path went through gate below humlen place. Its fine pubesence glandular. 6-3-82 Epipactis microphylla Durytz Ku I 413, Bar 589, Bar 309, Costa III 413 Fl. Puig Bros-Vega gorge not uncommon. (Mrs. Kennedy says found all about Valldemosa region). The 2 gibbositie at base of lip strongly "plissées-crepues" as is all the space between [but not 3 separate bosses as in E. atro- purpurea Rafine SDW II 345].
