Colle de Salud Gt with same species Infante &
(nos nof hfr) studied 8-10-30 in frz. Plant trained against
wall for support, glabrous thin glast. Lvs 4x1 1/2 in, oblong,
orate acuto (not long tapering), rounded at basalicle
base and distinct jectioles 1/2 in. 7 serricte, both sides
of same smooth, yellowed green. Fls cerma-axillary
& terminal fewicles. Calyx 4mm long with 5 alert
triangular divisions. Corolla tubular, about 2 cm
long x 1 cm wide at mouth; tube slender enlarging
slightly at throat. Corolla greenish no fragrance (but
in 1930 tenant & Infante & spoke of fragrance at night)
corolla lobes 5, not reflexed, about 3mm high, edges somewhat
inclined. Stamens 5, attached to tube, alt. with lobes,
each filament with small tooth on inside just below
point of attachment. Style1, reaching to mouth of corolla;
stigma capitate. Ovary superior. Fr a white berry,
rather along about 1 cm high, when ripe fleshy containing
only 1 single brown seed, but unripe fr show every
2 celled with 2-4 (poss more) ovules in each cell on
axile placenta. Corolla lobes valvate in bud. Calyx act.
