Culms (a.t.s.) axillary below tips, yet remains of older culms suggest that it is perennial continuing its growth above pot joints. Each branch bears several scapes, each in axis separate if (growing in axis) successive loc.
11-14-30 Ruta montana L. Kn II 140, Bar 63, 2d in Bas. Fr v 1H (perhaps not well developed) near R.R. bet Pont'd Inea & Marra'txi esp on grassy part at far edge of field on east side. Loosery finely cut (not at all like Rutas found hither to in Majorca). The 1H with 5 linear (to 5mm) thick sideque sepals. Petala v petalid stamens 6, yellow. Stamens with normal filaments & hairy 2-celled but luteens developed. All pods 4-celled. Old frue. (See 12-25-30
