St 4-angled, his crowned in whorls of 6, linear, long v narrow, inerved very sharp pointed. Plant unarmed & glabrous except for ring of short pubescence at base of whirl. (see 4-14-30) 11-6-30? Senecio vulgaris Fl. Fermenta Rd. St to 1/2 in high, lower leaves light purple beneath. 11-6-30 No flr fr. Tiny plant thought from a seedling to young plant of Clematis then circlswd. Live purple beneath. Fermentar Rd? 11-7-30 Diplotaxis erucoides DC. (See 2-13 v 2-25-30. Fl v fr. Field toward Inca from Port d'Inca. 11-7-30 Diplotaxis virginea D.C.
