Petioles 6in +, blades 5x4in, cordate at base with rounded lobes but curulely decument on petiole v8-9" nerva at base, almost entire. I vs thickish dark green, the rattie sparse hairs moreliform (20X) of suggests ill j Beta maritima L. Cote # 180. B. 7o flats. P.P Alaro'-Connell (lunching place). Plant has upreight st. with young side shoots and thick tuft at top large of three lvs 4x2½ in. Rough to touch or sight into hairs as microns. A j young short stipled bright red. 12-10-30 Digymbrium columnae Jacq the II 19 Bas 3/4, Box 2/4 Cote I 94 = S. altissimum L & 429 (see to Bas but neither Kn or G give this synonyme) Flyfts. P.P Alaro'-Connell. Sts lvs well set out, but in some parts not thick enough to be called "vellora". lvasill Cote v dese. Ber. Pods (a.t.s) ¾/5cm on pedicels to 7mm. Pedicels(a.t.s) as thick as pod v the 2 mm style broadening at tips. Pods(a.t.s) not stiffly erect as ill & v lvs not blade ill & the lower looking like ill Cote v uppers lvs. with long narrow terminal lobe, uppermnt lvs simple v lineas fd.with S. expe- modes. Desf.
