2-14-30 several rows, saccions, yellow brown, lance-linear, spreading & when seeds ripe reflexed. Several series radial flo are ♀ filiform, tubular, white or very pale yellow. Disk flo ♂ tubular (♂ expected size) 5-lobed, pale yellow (style & stamens bright yellow. Achene 1 mm. long [cylindric] brune with relatively long white hairs. Pappus scantle white hairs about 7-10 in number, so slightly denticulated as to hardly obvious (20x) Mr. Keron calls this Phagnalon. He agrees with here, I nothing else in Barceló's diff from desc of Phagnalon. Barceló & Bonnier's diff only in that ♀ flo are filiform tubular vs not filiform rays. If Phagnalon it must be P. axatile Carr Kn T #54, Bar 337, Bor 161 (see 11-14-30)
