4-20-30 Allium Remains of fr last season very young buds, too young to show clear filaments. No side divide (in right) R.R. terminal) st profly. Lvs flat, slightly beaked, the widest 7mm, glabrous except for few distant short hairs on edge towards base, mostly pointing downward. This diff froml. vacuum L. 3/4-10-30 whose roughness is almost tuberculate (papillate) v from Allium ———— 4-10-30 which is entirely glabrous. Diff from this last also in having no ligule, v bulb small 5mm with several layers of browned tunica but no bulbils. Scapes & pedicels (last seasons) more slender than within spec studied. Capsules > 4mm than 4mm high v 5-6mm across when jam empty. 4-20-36 Reseda luteola L. Kn II 38 Bar 55; Bar 38 B VH 53 ill. So & divide very near tops. (A) Fl. Lvs hardly waved or edges. Upper petal at root divided, lateral petals about 3-divided, lower petal and divided (B) In early bud lvs strongly waved edged. 4-20-36 Anemone italica Rety (See 4-4-38) Fl So & divide near top. Stg infl. Calyx bracts all purplish. Root blade.
