4-10-30 plane ? contact bet. bulbets v bulbt (Noted if from A. roseum where bulbets are attached by definite base) St. leafy almost to bud (4 lps not counting 1 or more within ones below) St. reddish at base. Lvs glaucous flat 7-9 mm at base stiff pale, leeked, flatious, lique, short, tough, white, entire. This rules out A. paniculatum L var pallens Baker v A. nigrum L. v A. venale L. Buds too young to clear Spathe at this stage with long green tip. Perhaps A. rotundum L var ampeloseracum Kn I 368, = A. ampelosracem L Bas 457, Bor 297. 4-10-30 (A) Allium roseum L. (See 9-20-30) F.L. Bellver. Lvs not more than 5 mm wide, [B] Buds (for this) black of each inferior lps petals white v at some forming. Lvs minutely roughened or edges (at least below) 4-10-30 Thesium humile Valh Kn I 425, Bas 586 Flv unique fr. Bellver n or w well. (See Bor 276 v BVH 402 for desc of genus v) T. lennifraum DC v T. divarication [can with flo] pedunculed Flo almost sessile Lvs seem entire but bracts (the longer one easily mistaken for lf esp in lower fls) clearly "dentato-asperae". No thcae are upper lvs subtending very slnt branches which are also "dentato-asperae". 2 lateral bracts about par to 1-2 times as long as fl; the 3rd bracts long par to 9 times as long as fr.
