horns (tiny ones) more than one horned point). But

lows" Beaks long hairy on upper part of back
as well as ciliate. Calyx lobed. Sepals 3, even in
♂ flo see Bar 374) the anterior sepals with 2 green nerves
the other 2 backed green, Sepals otherwise hyaline.
Lvs 15mm widest part & 2mm at base of petiole
(See Bon) 3 nerves distinct, the 2 laterales very only
less 20.

"Rockbone" Buds v well advanced fr. Fr 1 or 2 or
sometimes 3 on slender peduncle about
½ long & ½ petiole. Fl flattened but with its ½-
2 mm long. Spines short, v much longer
than space bet. Stipules deeply cut. Blunde
does not seem "aristata" But whole plant
inc fr glabrous (except few hairs on very
young parts. Lfts 1 X 1 cm (hardly frequent)
ails, otherwise Dithiza form? M. lupulta
