Thursday Aug 21 1924 East to Amelie la Baute It is [illegible] my steps from Lake town [illegible] I had [illegible] on railway. The 20 of my steps turned west and then across [illegible] one siding. The 110 steps met it just below water upstream on north side of R. R. Then my steps made 27 1/2 fat. [27] + 4 32 8 33 inches for each step [illegible] Day 31 inches to 1 step Very little Bannister this year, and the area east of our B is full wetland. The work on the lake has all [illegible] done day and filled wetland. Just to the east of the brook, 65 steps in the B, onto [illegible] water last year. It shows on the land amount to the west end of the lake. Then for 310 steps E along R.R and in red B, then it is 150 steps to north lake. Lake to N.W woods about 100 feet. B, does not go much S of track once here the land area quickly [illegible] ups.
