Generalized section continued. 361' Green and yellow weathering sl. with an occas- sional sandstone (These occur from Maine st. downto Intermtnal Railway tracks). 100' green sandy shales down to firm where occurs with sandstone in engl, thme called C by Raymond 200' It seems like in this zone that occurs the fine graphitic locality in the cut on the Internat RR. Here is green shales, thickness may be 130' Black coniferous sandy sl. with thin ss. 30' Near the top occur the large Phyllograpus, green shales felm and Haea rusty weathering [grits] shales above with an abundance of Tetroptus quadrihediatus and Dickso- graphius 20' yellow weathering li engl. over large rocks 20' This engl. looks not like B and it may ac- tually be it. If so then these beds must go dn further higher in the section. Their present position is due to faulting.
