in Berwyn limestone. I am to see the locality tomorrow, and as near Ben Mountain. Cheney asked me to supper at his home, and that he would call for me at 6.30 P.M. I waited until 7 P.M. and he did not call nor send word. In going out for supper I noticed lights in his office and found him in talking to two field girls who drew him not dry plane twice more. He paid no attention to me and 7.20 I told him I was tired of waiting and left his office. Cheney is so absorbed in making money that he has no time to be polite. This is a sad comment to make about a college test man. His invitation was of his own making, and he volunteered to take me anywhere on his car. All of this is now three away!
