Wea. THUR. JAN. 28, 1909 Ther. September 7 - 1924 Sunday. September 8-1924 Monday. Spent the day crabbing east to Barke and back on the King Road to prove the fault line in my map. Hall agrees my trace. For I sketched in the distribution of the formation in the wide One Sinns skyline. I am sure now that I have the stratigraphy and map of the Silurian of the Port Daniel-Basegs area in good order. The thickness of the Silurian is one 1000 ft. Shipped by Express collect 5 boxes of fossils. By weight 310 pounds. These with what I had before makes a good representative lot, but is by no means the whole fauna. This can be had off by a young man who will put in an entire summer. A good deal of collecting should be done in the line. close to the north of King Road in the One Sinns Cove! That is are the other places where Pink li. is exposed, the best place outside Reddish Point.
