Grapholites, ramosa from Upper Falls of Exploits River
below Red Indian Lake, Formation said the "Little
Notre Dame slate"? It is probably the equivalent of the
Campozz zone. There are 2 species of Diptera on
the slab, the above one and abundant me
and a large one.
Another specimen also so labeled has Gramopterus like
stripes 3 inches long. Torr specimen but an hatched
probably a Normanskill form.
In a black slate, metamorphosed.
Have essentially all these grapholites from Stanley.
