The rough grinding is done on one disk and the finishing on the other disk with the emery. The sleds are polished. Corner plan does all this. Moto. There is 4-5 horse power. For our purpose thinks 2 enough. Drill run 2 or 3 machines at a time. Moto enclosed in two lines with caskets. Cog drive on moto to shaft connec- ted with link chain. Other machine connections and belts are friction clutches. Can get a second hand moto for $50 - $100. Polishing disk. Machine same as grinding disk. To 18" depressed rounded top to felt the regulating yellow polishing felt. Oxide of tin dissolved in oxalic acid. Each disk half and half. This is little with a hole in each can double on felt. This job could be fitted on grinding machines. Band saw. Has a regulating cord under machine with 30 inch wheels. Advise larger wheels (40-50 inch) not only because of faster cuts but because the band can travel at larger.
