Aug. 29 - '7?
Took up a farm formerly belonging
to Mr. Stone but now to Mr. Edmond
near about two miles north and west
of Port Albome, west of the canal.
Corals are here very prolific where
I seemed probably more than 100
Micheliniæ. The larger Gatho-
phyloidæ are also held far more
abundant. Platystoma are also
common but brochidoids do not
appear to be common except a
little valve attached to coral.
Aug. 30 - '7?
Collected with Mr. John McRae
at the same place as yesterday and
brought away in his buggy about
four pounds of corals.
