January - Feb. - March 1938
Chittenden and daughter put up at my hotel about the middle of January and Edick returned home in March 17.
I worked all the days on the March Memorial volume until March 22 when I got all written up as far as Jan or here in Florida.
March 24-25 - packed books etc in two wooden boxes and one large bundle. It will go by Express collect.
March 21 strong sleeper north to Richmond Pa (=-#6.75-) on the 7.22 P.M.
On Monday March 28 Prof Chittenden goes with me, but departs at Baltimore to be dened and flocked at the Jubilee of the Physiological Society and of which he is the original C. has to make one speech at a luncheon, and address at two banquets.
