Georgia - Florida
Got up just before arriving at
Savannah at 7:30 A.M. The sun is up
but hazy and the temperature cool but
not cold. Leave about 30 minutes late.
Arrived on time at Jacksonville, at
10:30. Bright sunshine, temp. about
58°. Heat in the Pullman. Left
Jacksonville at 11:15 A.M., 15 min late.
Got to Lakeland and about on time
at 3:45 P.M.
Had a taxi take one to the New
Florida Hotel and took the room
engaged #23. It is a fine large
room with the bath and clothes arm.
