turning of dirt and the cities are dirty. The people of Liverpool I do not like at all as there are many neglected, poor and drunken ones. The smaller cities are far more interesting. In the way of municipal adminis- tration America has little to learn from England along the fundamental directives in the area of museums they are far ahead of us and this is particularly true of London.
