Julius and three others started for Pollen about 9 o clock = at noon the report is that Mess has backed out! noon out -2 C 4h-4 O 8h-1 snow quite all day 10 May - Thursday. Snowing calm Temp 8 a.-2, 12m-9, 4h-11, 8h-15 C Had a miserable night with vomiting + burping from 11h to 4 a Took a small dose of castor oil about 7.30 a + aspirin et in- two this afternoon. Have felt rather weak all day but am better this evening - was afraid that I might have gotten the typhoid infection at Uppermink, but I guess now that it was merely indigestion. Have had no headache with it yet! Toward noon a norther N.W. wind puff up and the weather began to clear promising better conditions forthwith. Going to put skis into the sledge annexes but Jones says that it will be best not to do this till day after tomorrow.
