pretty warm work in my Bernstein hat
but the light N.E wind was very near
to face me way back to the igloo.
the fresh lean meat are one-boiled
by the reindeer has good flavor, much
like beef - a very different thing from
that cooked by natives or just

start around tomorrow. I hope that we

the rocks surrounding Toolee's
camps are dark gray banded feld
spathic gneiss. Some narrow steep
steep-walled gorges indicate the presence
of trap dikes but they were almost
filled with snow and I did not see
the rocks.
gave Ahpelaka wife a sewing needles
and afterwards at Kolovinkway's (!)
suggestion 2 yards of thread & some
tea. The igloo is burning, almost,
