[Next Notebook in the bunch of Seward's] 57 but I did not realize her identity. Was out for an hours walk at mid-day on the hills, found it very warm in my well except when I stood for a time in the light easterly breeze. An especially interesting thing about the constant water in the little pond is that it is ground-water from the surrounding land there being no glacier or the like to feed it. We have improved the chance to work one family and farm. I took a shove and then shaved K + Y (more than have them on my razor). The family of Ahpalah, who is now sick at Ormanuy, is how when he generally lives - his wife though she has not much meat insisted on getting me a large section of Narwhal. Kolootengway is not willing that I should give her any thing in return. (Ahpalinway) I gave Kolodeinna a can of tea for some meat and his wife a cake of toilet soap for killing my Kamrite. It clouded over this afternoon and there is rather wind outside Kolootengway or OKP. Hence we are not likely to leave tomorrow as planned.
