43 Cold last night and early this morning - slept well tho my sleeping bag is getting damp + was frozen stiff when I got into it - Some work pushing myself in - Breakfast over by 8-15= Finished the tin of army hard bread last night + opened an entire wheat - The army bread lasted 12 days + a few crumbs over - 2 1/2 pounds Got started about 9-30 - As we went into the new, or rather as we were crossing an open creek between the regular post and can older section two or three of K's dogs got in. Replacement was the breaking loose of 9 of T's team K had gone over to see about the boys a crossing leaving me beside their Columboth. I was putting snow glasses on when K's team came out sight of T's dogs and chased after them K was disgraced because I had not prevented our team
