13 Section in swale similar to other swale sections N along hogback. Here first Glen ssd then section is below
Question as to just where bent-ss in midslope under fossil zone lies in relation to the 2nd SS. The SS it sets on makes the white zone on the aerial photographs that I've been mapping as base 2nd ss. Check this against Alameda section, Fossils: P. salinensis, Inoceramus sp. and just below fossils the "double crop" zone

14 First peel off rim S of Dutch Cr. No shale but shale pellet cpl & friable zone of SS.
Probably horizon of main clay bed
15 In top transition zone many fish bones + scales locally on bedding plane. Scales up to 4" long drew. Sampled.
16 At least 2 clay beds, possibly a third in some pieces, present at mid-barite horizon.
Base of lowest in section only one mapped.
