R 71.8 Sandstone, fine to medium gr, irreg- bedded+thin mod X-lzm to cross bedded with zones intrz form clay pellet + sand glob ccl below 40: weathy gray ,irreg ledgy to pitted. 44' from top is top of freebly zone 10.6± thick, ss full of clay pellets, zone massive X-bedded rather than thinner bedded as above, is med to coarse salt +pepper with some swirl frzy's cheat. Below this lower 17.5 ft X bedded thin bedded ss fine to coarse locltns? with: 0.2 bzzcl cheat-qty pblc ccl. Base of the entire unit is irregular, is cutting down to south toward end of outcrop. Underside of base covered with mass of worm trails? (Sample 3) or whatever? Unconformity S 2.8 Interbedded platy szadstone(find) sand argill to shaly siltstone, minor silty gray shale in upper0.3. (lced?) T 1.9 Argill,platy siltstone and gray silty shale. U. 4.9 As in S. above with basal bed of bw weath ss 0.8 to 1.0± [An Inaceramus - large(belliwensis?) in float just below this ledge could come any where in STU zone. V 5.4 Shaly zone, thin bedded 48
