Madison Dec 27-28-29-1926. For three days attended two meetings of the G.S.O. The novel program was nothing of a striking new order, Chamberlain address fine done in the Planetarium by others was remarkable. All well done for anyone and all the more so for a man over 80 years old. His mind was bright as ever. Saw many people and enjoyed the meeting. The banquet was fine and Leib was track master. He was a right good and humorous time. It was all over at 10.30; began about 7.30 P.M. Wednesday evening Tom helped took me out Downtown to the Madison Club to dinner and hear Prof. Leroy who later in spoke on the Serbi Desert. He spoke to the Seton Gray Club of 18 men. Tuesday was cold and down to zero. A light snow Monday night. Wednesday was stuck cold.
