Anthy the ss comes in a phyllite that occations fossile, but it rules no fossils. It is about one mile across. At about 6 miles S of Caucapecal Lan comes in a sandstone over that for north of Caucapecal. In the railway cut to the north of the sta- tion there has yielded Leftocerids flactellits and a large Chonetes, muren len diti melmicea = Oriskany time. Crudely most of the land between Onatekedia and Caucapecal is covered with Baspe ss and sh, but this first summary is as yet not proven excepting around Caucapecal. (This ss stands nearly vertical, in heavy beds, a coarse aridmic ss often rippled and dim cracked. It weathers to a dull red brown.)
