The day of the lecture March 4, 1938 GIANT REPTILES TO BE SCHUCHERT TOPIC Dr. Carl Schuchert of Yale, visiting professor in stratigraphy at the University of Arizona from Yale, will speak this evening, at 8 o'clock, in the University auditorium, on "The Giant Reptiles of the Medieval World." The public is invited to attend this lecture, which is free. Dr. Schuchert is a noted paleon- tologist and historical geologist, a member of the National Academy of Sciences, and an author of several books on paleontology and geology. He has been conducting a series of lectures at the University during the winter. The lecture will be illustrated with slides obtained from the Yale Uni- versity Press service. It is ex- pected that a large number of win- ter visitors will take advantage of the opportunity given to hear Schuchert, according to Prof. E. R. Riesen, who is directing the Wednes- day evening series of the university.
