F.a - has ill BVB III 440. F.r without spreading hairs which are conspicuous on F.a.- As to heads, chief diff is that F.a- has larger center whence larger head the rays of both about 5 mm long.
F.a- has center more greenish (very green in bud) but ray curving over it. In F.r-the rays are erect almost as soon as they appear.) F.a- rays fringed purple; F.r- rays white.
