R.B4 6-19-38 Habenaria hyperborea Rydb G 307 = Linnæus — Rydb. BvBII 554. Fl. in wood 2d toward Kelmia grove (Rdb same as seen in bed 6-17 or presd to Campylosorus). The species very familiar in Nfld 1937 where it varied greatly [see G] but not recognized here at sight because slender nerv smaller than the lips caught up in upper sepal as so often observed in H. h — v. dilatata. 5/6-11 in. with 3 lvs. Lp 5mm. Spur thidisle, throat of about same length. Only possibility really agrees well with deac. vll W.Fig N.Y. p71. 6-19-38 Monotropa Hypopitys L G 630 which inc.
