infl less thick wate v less def white v green than
remembered elsewhere. But no other species in M.
i.e. spikelets single all alike, glumes broadly winged,
sterile lemma 2 (almost half as long as fertile lemma
which is 3.5-4 mm) Note also glumes not acuminate
v lateral nerves not near margins to prob not
# 40 = 5] [see P. minor 5-7-39
