The palm style houses did not seem numerous but in place the small home with garden in front. the two of the main avenues are lined with a central line of tall trees + tape stands but the streets generally are very narrow, with cramped sidewalks. The Botanical Garden is a large open space with many palm species of the royal ship's a great variety of palm species, all examined were seen. Also many species of flowering trees. The Para Rubber Tree Hevea brasiliensis was seen in adult size. It had the appearance from history with light green pinnae arranged straight foliage + gray smooth bark. The Brazil nut and a legume small tree like a subacacia also seen. A cherry fruit tree was not seen but my aggregate Barbados, July 26th
