There are birds and stores here. 24 March *Group update* Nothing today after all! 16 April 1500. Checked The hole, but nothing yet (I don't think; it's actually pretty deep and I couldn't quite reach the bottom). 23 May 1520. Opened new hole (2nd nest: 1st fell, see MTS notes): it has 4 incubated eggs. 6 June *Group update* ♀1b. Not seen since 17 May, when she fed at The nest. Gone by 18 Sept (Katy). ♀1b. Did not feed at the nest on 17 May '86; Katy just saw one near The nest. I will assume she was an intruder and that she never was a group member. ♀1207. Last seen 1 Oct '80 (Ambushed), gone by 15 Nov, →DA 22 Oct ± 3 wks. 31238. Ditto. 3 August ♀1208. Found dead, stuck in a hole, on 21 June (see MTS notes), had been dead for some time. Had been seen feeding on 30 May → Died ~ 3 June ± 1 wk. Apparently not replaced yet.
