Feb 12/49 Went to the ranch today. It was clear pleasant and I found new finch Hymmer's nest for '99. Placed 15 ft up in Cypress on an "inside" limb close to trunk of tree.
Incubation was begun. Nest built as usual and like all early nests lined with feathers. Feb 88 Donated to Mrs Bell.
