petals white, spatulate; stigmas winged,
valve swollen and with small scales off the
rounded portion.

1-2 dm. high, glabrous, leaves linear,
stigmas winged, orbicular, ca. 4 mm. in diam.,
rifl. congested, petals spatulate, 3-5 mm.
long
